Our newest classes “Dream Life” are taking off in a great way.  I have been in contact with CASA and USF and we are working on getting space there and donating a large portion of the proceeds to CASA. 

What is your dream life?  Can you visualize it?  What would you do to earn a living?  Would this provide the income you need to live the lifestyle you want?

Do you work with a budget monthly?  Do you really understand money and

how to play the money game?  If not, I have a limited amount of FREE tickets to an evening with T. Harv Ecker on Oct. 4 in Fort Lauderdale.  If you haven’t had the opportunity to hear him speak, you really should go.

At sometime in our lives we all ask the question – What is my purpose here?  Have you found yours yet?  How well do you really know yourself?

Most people think that they know themselves really well and to some degree that is true, but usually we haven’t even tapped the surface yet.

My mission in life is to help others to learn how to figure this out, by providing tools and information.

You can learn something from anyone, if you take the time to see what the lesson is.  I have a brother that has epilepsy very severely, but he always try to make everyone around him smile.  Not that his jokes are overly funny, they aren’t – but he NEVER quits.  Why?  He was never taught to be a quitter.  So even though he is disabled and can’t work he still does things

to help his community and others.

If you live here in St. Pete – he is the one that got the laws changes regarding pedestrian walkways and right of ways.  He did this because he had almost be hit several times and now because of years of diligent work and refusing to give up the new laws were passed several years ago.  By the way he also had to get over 10,000 registered voters to sign a petition. 

So when do you give up and why?

I’ve met a lot of famous people in my life. Even famous rock stars, but Bret Michaels of Poison has always been a favorite of mine. This past Friday me and my son Zack (pictured here with Bret) got to meet him and talk to him for a few minutes.

My son plays guitar and is very talented and got a lot of encouragement from Bret – who also made a new fan in my son. He also taught my son the value of a fan and how you treat them. My son has a lot of integrity and so does Bret Michaels. So a huge thanks to Bret – you made our weekend awesome.

Zack’s picture came out better than mine – but at least I know Bret didn’t call him beautiful and tell him he's good looking..
